摘 要:物流效率是直接反映物流业发展水平的重要指标,区域间的物流协同对促进区域经济增长具有重要作用.根据2011年至2015年的样本数据,在构建物流效率投入、产出指标基础上运用DEA模型测算了京津冀地区的物流效率,并利用投影分析对非DEA有效的决策单元从投入冗余和产出不足两方面进行分析和调整.研究结果表明:京津冀地区物流业的综合效率平均值均低于三省市的平均值,且效率值小于1,表明京津冀区域协同发展不足;京津冀三省市物流效率差异显著,均存在不同程度的投入冗余和产出不足的问题.根据实证分析结果,提出了提高京津冀区域物流效率的对策建议.Logistics efficiency is an important indicator of the development level of the logistics industry.Interregional logistics cooperation plays an important role in promoting regional economic growth.According to the sample data from 2011 to 2015,the DEA model was used to calculate the logistics efficiency of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region on the basis of constructing the logistics efficiency input and output index,and the projection analysis was used to analyze and adjustment the units that are not reaching the efficiency in redundant input and insufficient output two aspects.The results show that the average efficiency of the logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is lower than the average of the three provinces and cities,and the efficiency value is less than 1,which indicates the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional synergetic development is insufficient.Beijing,Tianjin cities and Hebei provinces are striking difference in the logistics efficiency.There are different levels of redundant input and insufficient output problems.According to the results of empirical analysis,I put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the logistics efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
