摘　　要：以新疆为研究区,从产业经济效益、社会效益和生态效益三个方面构建区域产业效益评价指标体系;根据可拓学理论,构建产业效益可拓学评价模型;对新疆2008-2017年产业效益进行评价分析,得出与实际较为相符的结论:新疆产业经济效益水平保持为优,但是,经济效益呈下降态势;产业社会效益和生态效益呈下降趋势,产业综合效益呈波动下降趋势;自产业援疆以来,受国内外经济下行的影响,产业经济效益呈现明显的下降趋势,产业社会效益和生态效益明显下降,产业综合效益明显下降,并且产业的经济、社会与生态发展不平衡、不协调.In this paper,the research area is Xinjiang.Evaluation index system are constructed on the three benefits of industry economy,social and ecology.Based on extensional theory,extenics evaluation model of industry benefit is built,and an objective evaluation is given2003 to 2012.Get the conclusion those accords to the practical operation:1) Industrial economic benefit levels remain optimal in Xinjiang,however,the economic benefit shows a downward trend;2) Social and ecological benefit of industrial decline from 2003 to 2012;3) Industry comprehensive benefit reflects falling trend.Since the industry assistance for Xinjiang,industrial economic benefit has obvious downward trend affected by the economic downturn of the domestic and foreign;4) Social benefit,ecological industry and comprehensive benefit significantly decreased and the industrial economic,social and ecological development are unbalanced and uncoordinated.
