摘  要:通过正交试验确定了硼酸、葡萄糖酸钠、酒石酸、柠檬酸钠4种缓凝剂对支座砂浆性能的影响;采用标准试验方法对放置1、3、7、28、56 d的支座砂浆性能进行测试与表征。结果表明,各因素对支座砂浆流变性能的影响顺序为:酒石酸>硼酸>柠檬酸钠>葡萄糖酸钠,对支座砂浆长期强度的影响顺序为:硼酸>酒石酸>葡萄糖酸钠>柠檬酸钠。对2 h、1 d抗压强度来说,单掺硼酸、酒石酸放置56 d后强度会损失8~10 MPa;不同缓凝组分进行合理复配则可以有效地提高支座砂浆的稳定性。This paper determined the influence of four kinds of retardar,including boric acid,sodium gluconate,tartaric acid and sodium citrate,on the various properties of bearing mortar.After bearing mortar being placed "under standardized condition for 1,3,7,28,56 d respectively,standardized test was applied to test the various properties of the bearing mortar.The results,of the research show that the sequence of priority of the retardar influencing the theological properties of bearing mortar is:tartaric acid> boric acid>sodium citrate>sodium gluconate,and the sequence of priority of the retardar influencing the long-term strength of bearing mortar is:boric acid>tartaric acid>sodium glueonate>sodium citrate.For 1 d compressive strength and 2h compressive strength, the strength of the combination of boric acid and tartaric acid could lose 8~10MPa after 56days.Reasonable blending of different retarding components can effectively improve the stability of bearing mortar.
