摘 要:结合混凝土工作性能及净浆流动度测试分析了膨润土存在条件下,对减水剂发挥减水分散作用的影响,结合XRD、红外光谱以及总有机碳吸附仪等测试手段,分析了KN型抗泥剂对改善聚羧酸减水剂黏土适应性的影响机理。结果显示,KN型抗泥剂对改善黏土对减水剂的减水分散性能有显著作用,XRD、IR及TOC分析结果显示,KN能够封堵黏土的层空间,从而减少黏土对PCE的吸附,提高PCE的分散性,改善高含泥量骨料对减水剂作用效果的影响。According to the working performance of concrete and cem.ent paste fluidity detection,dispersion of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE)are analyzed when in the presence of bentonite.The influence mechanism of KN clay resistant agent on improving the adaptability between clay and PCE was analyzed by the methods of XRD,infrared spectrum and total organic carbon adsorption instrument.The results show that the KN type clay resistant agent has a significant effect on improving the water reducing and dispersing performance of the PCE.XRD,IR and TOC analysis results show that KN can block the clay layer space, thereby reducing the adsorption of clay on the PCE,thus improving the dispersion force of PCE,and finally reduce the effect of aggregate with too much clay on dispersion force of PCE.
