摘 要:以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚和不饱和单体丙烯酸为主要原料,采用本体聚合法合成了一种固态聚羧酸减水剂。研究了引发剂用量,链转移剂用量,酸醚比及反应温度对减水剂分散性能的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为70℃,引发剂用量为单体总质量的0.5%,链转移剂用量为单体总质量的0.50%,酸醚比为3.6,滴加时间为2 h时,合成的固体聚羧酸减水剂分散性和坍落度保持性最佳。ln this paper,with isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether and unsaturated acrylic acid as the main raw materials,solid polycarboxylate superplasticizers were synthesized by the bulk polymerization method.The effects of the dosages of initiator,chain transfer agent,the ratio of acid to ether and the drop-time on the dispersion properties of the polycarboxylate superplasticiers were investigated.The experimental results show that the solid polycarboxylate superplasticizers,under the optimum polymerization conditions as the reaction temperature was 70°C,the dosages of initiator and the chain transfer agent were 0.5%and 0.50%,both based on the mass of the monomer,the ratio of acid to ether was 3.6:1,and the drop-time was 2h showed excellent dispersion and slump-maintaining.
