摘　　要：研究了5、10、15℃养护温度下速凝剂聚合硫酸铝对硅酸盐水泥水化和性能的影响,结果表明,当养护温度和聚合硫酸铝掺量分别为5℃、7.5%,10℃、6.0%,15℃、4.5%时,水泥的初凝和终凝时间分别为5、10 min,3、7 min,3、7 min,符合JC 477—2005《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》对凝结时间的要求。速凝剂聚合硫酸铝可促进水泥中铝酸三钙和硅酸三钙矿物在5、10、15℃养护时的水化,从而提高了硅酸盐水泥在水化硬化1 d时的抗压强度。低温条件下养护时,速凝剂聚合硫酸铝使水泥砂浆28 d的孔隙率增大,导致水泥砂浆的28 d抗压强度小幅降低。The effects of aecelerator-polyaluminium sulfate on the hydration and properties,of Portland cement at 3 different curing temperatures of 5°C,12°C,10°Cand 15°C were studied.The results demonstrate that when the curing temperature and the amount of polyaluminum sulfate were 5°C,7.5%,10~C,6.0%,15°C,4.5%,the initial setting and final setting time of cement reached 5min and 10min,3min and 7min,3min and 7min,respectively,in line with the requirements on setting time as specified in JC 477-2005"Quick setting agent for shoterete".Potyaluminium sulfate could promote the hydration of C3A and C3S in the curing temperatures of 5°C,10°C and 15°C,which improves the compressive strength of Portland cement in the hydration hardening of 1d. When curing under low temperature eonditions,polyaluminium sulfate increases the porosity of the cement mortar,which lowers do the 28d compressive strength of the cement mortar slightly.
