摘 要:采用溶剂热法制备氨基功能化磁性纳米材料Fe_3O_4@SiO_2@m-SiO_2-NH_2,建立了基于Fe_3O_4@SiO_2@m-SiO_2-NH_2磁性纳米材料富集-分光光度法测定酒中Pb^(2+)的新方法。磁性纳米材料用于酒中Pb^(2+)的分离富集,实验对影响分离富集的各种条件(包括富集材料的用量、溶液pH、洗脱条件等)进行了系统研究。结果表明,采用所制备的磁性纳米材料能有效分离富集不同基质酒中的Pb^(2+),同时以二甲酚橙为显色剂,应用分光光度法对富集分离的Pb^(2+)进行测定,Pb^(2+)浓度在0.05~3.6mg/L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R^2=0.9976,检出限为0.025mg/L。该方法快速、简便,可用于实际样品分析。In this paper,a new method based on Fe3O4@SiO2@m-SiO2-NH2 magnetic solid phase extraction and UV-Vis spectrophotometer for determination of Pb^2+ in wines with different matrices was established.Amino functional magnetic nano-materials Fe3O4@SiO2@m-SiO2-NH2 were prepared by solvothermal method and used for the separation and enrichment of lead in wine.Meanwhile,various conditions affecting the separation and enrichment(including the amount of the magnetic material,pH, elution conditions,etc.)were systematically studied.The results showed that the prepared magnetic nano-materials can effectively separate and enrich the lead from different wines,and the determinaton of lead was carried out by spectrophotometry with the xylenol orange as the chromogenic reagent,the linear range was 0.05-3.6mg/L with a limit of detection of 0.025mg/L.This method is fast and simple,and suitable for real sample analysis.
