摘 要:建立了空气辅助分散液液萃取-气相色谱法检测聚苯乙烯(PS)制品中苯乙烯单体残留量的分析方法。采用乙酸丁酯溶解聚苯乙烯制品,甲醇沉淀聚苯乙烯;空气辅助方式形成水/甲醇/乙酸丁酯乳浊体系后,萃取分离得含有游离苯乙烯的乙酸丁酯,采用气相色谱-火焰离子化检测法(GC-FID)测定。苯乙烯的线性范围为11.3~566μg/mL,相关系数为0.9999。加标回收率为96.5%~101%,检测限和定量限分别为1.15μg/mL、3.83μg/mL。该方法操作简便,有机溶剂用量少,萃取回收率高,有望为聚苯乙烯制品中苯乙烯单体的测定提供可行的手段。Styrene monomer residues in polystyrene (PS)products were determinated by air-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid extraction coupled with gas chromatography(AA-DLLE-GC).Butyl acetate was used to dissolve PS;methanol was used to precipitate PS.And water/methanol/butyl acetate emulsion system was formed by AA-DLLE.Then butyl acetate containing styrene was separated and extracted prior to their determination by gas chromatography-flame ionization detection(GC-FID).The linear range of styrene was 11.3-566μg/mL(R^2=0.9999).The recoveries varied from 96.5% to 101%,and the limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantitation(LOQ)were 1.15μg/mL and 3.83μg/mL,respectively.The method is simple,rapid,and has advantages in decreasing organic solvent and a high recovery.It is considered to provide a feasible means for the determination of styrene monomer in polystyrene products and can be a reference for improving the criteria of styrene residue in government standard accordingly.
