摘 要:以硅球为载体,对硫磷为模板分子,无水乙醇为溶剂,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)、苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMOS)为功能单体,四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)为交联剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备对硫磷分子印迹聚合物,并应用于西红柿样品中对硫磷的分离分析。考察了对硫磷分子印迹聚合物的动力学吸附和等温吸附性能。优化了对硫磷分子印迹聚合物固相萃取的上样溶剂及其比例,淋洗溶剂与洗脱溶剂,及其对模板分子和其相似物的选择性能,发展了对硫磷分子印迹固相萃取,结合高效液相色谱用于西红柿中对硫磷残留检测的方法,对硫磷的线性范围为0.10~20.0 mg·L^(-1),检测限为0.097mg·L^(-1),对于加标样品(10μg·kg^(-1)对硫磷),回收率可达76.1%,相对标准偏差小于7.2%。In this work,the molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)based on silica gel as the carrier were prepared using parathion (PT)as template molecule,anhydrous ethanol as solvent,3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(APTES)and phenyltriethoxysilane(PTMOS)as functional monomers,tetraethoxysilane (TEOS)as cross-linking agent via a sol-gel method and PT-MIPs was applied to tomato sample analysis.The kinetic and isothermal adsorption properties of MIPs and non-imprinted polymers (NIPs)were investigated.The loading solvent and its proportion of molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction (MISPE),washing solvent and eluting solvent were optimized.The selectivity of MIPs as adsorbent towards the template and its analogues was further studied.Finally,MISPE coupled with HPLC was developed for the detection of parathion residues in tomato,with a linear range of 0.10-20.0 mg·L^-1.The limit of detection was 0.097mg·L^-1.The recoveries of spiked parathion(10μg·kg^-1)in tomoto samples reached to 76.1%with RSD<7.2%.
