摘 要:表面增强拉曼散射(Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering,SERS)通过增强基底能灵敏探测化合物的分子指纹信息,从而清楚解析其特征化学结构。SERS用于复杂体系中特定微量成分的检测具有无损、无需分离处理、经济环保等独特的优势而受到广泛关注,该方法尤其适宜于环境、食品、药品安全领域中外源性有毒有害物质的筛检。本文系统综述SERS研究进展,包括增强机理、常用及新型基底,同时针对其在外源性有害物质检测实例中探讨了SERS的应用前景。基于此,展望SERS技术在外源性有害物质筛检中面临的机遇和挑战,旨在为实现该技术准确、灵敏、定量的快速检测发展提供参考。Surface enhanced raman scattering(SERS)can be used to detect the molecular fingerprint information of the compounds by substrate enhancement and detailed interpretation of its characteristic chemical structure.SERS has been paid much attention in the detection of specific elements at trace level in complex systems,because the technique possesses outstanding advantages including nondestructive testing,sample pretreatment without pre-separation,low cost and environmental protection.Therefore,it is suitable for screening of exogenous toxic and hazardous substances in the fields of environment,food and medicine safety.Herein,the progress and development of SERS research are systematically summarized including enhanced mechanism,common and new substrate.And the prospect of SERS is discussed based on various detection applications.Aiming at providing a reference for rapid,accurate,sensitive and quantitative techniques,we look forward to the opportunities and challenges of SERS technology in the exogenous hazardous substances screening and detecting.
