气候箱-热脱附-气相色谱法测定家具释放的19种挥发性有机化合物

摘　　要：选择1m3气候箱模拟家具样品的实际使用环境条件为:温度(23±2)℃,相对湿度(45±5)%,空气置换率由样品的实际体积承载率及标准体积承载率0.15m3·m^(-3)而定;将经老化的Tenax TA吸附管一端与气候箱连接,另一端与采样器相连进行采样。调节空气流量为0.50L·min^(-1),采样时间为20min。先测定气候箱空白值,然后迅速将家具样品放入箱内,关闭箱门。从此刻开始分别用吸附管在1,2,4,8,12,24,28,32,48,52,56,72h各时段采样。将各次采样后的吸附管放入热脱附-气相色谱仪中,按照仪器工作条件测定其中苯、甲苯、丙酮、2-壬酮等19种挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的含量。此19种VOCs的质量在0.100～2.000mg内与其相应的色谱峰面积之间呈线性关系,检出限(3s)在0.21～0.92μg·m^(-3)之间。加标回收和精密度试验结果显示:19种VOCs的回收率在90.0%～122%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.0%～3.9%之间。试验表明,不同种类的家具在使用前期VOCs释放量较大,且释放量下降速率也较快,而在后期释放量缓慢下降,直至趋于平衡。A 1m^3 climate chamber and the following climate conditions were chosen as the practical environmental conditions for simulating testing for using of furnitures:①temperature was(23±2)℃;②relative humidity was(45±5)%;③rate of air replacement was based on actual rate of volumetric loading of samples and standard rate of volumetric loading(0.15m^3·m^-3).Tenax TA absorption tubes after aging were used for absorption of the air samples by connection of its one end to the climate chamber and the other end to the air sampler.The sampling was carried out under air flow-rate of 0.50L·min^-1 for a sampling time of 20 min.A blank sample of air in the climate chamber was taken first,and then the testing furniture was place in quickly and the chamber door was closed immediately.And thence,air samples from the chamber were collected at the time intervals of 1,2,4,8,12,24,28,30,48,52,56,72 h in succession.The adsorption tubes with adsorbed air samples were placed into the instrument of gas chromatography with thermal desorption device,and 19 VOCs(including benzene,toluene,acetone,2-nonanone,etc.)in the samples were determined under the prescribed instrumental conditions.Mass of the 19 VOCs in the range of 0.100to 2.000mg were found to keep linear relationship with the values of relative chromatographic peak areas,with their detection limits(3s)in the range of 0.21to 0.92μg·m^-3.Recovery was tested by standard additions,giving results ranged from 90.0% to 122%. Values of RSDs(n=6)found for the 19 VOCs were in the range of 1.0% to 3.90%.As shown by the testing results, for various kinds of furnitures under the using conditions,amounts of VOCs liberated were higher and decreased fastly in the early stange of using,then the amounts liberated were 'decreased slowly and finally attained to an equilibrium condition in the later stage.
