马鞍山市城市老年人日常生活能力现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解马鞍山市城市老年人日常生活能力现状及影响因素,为制定预防和干预措施提供参考依据。方法于2016年12月-2017年3月,采用整群抽样方法,对安徽省马鞍山市的3 476名城市老年人进行问卷调查。采用SPSS16.0进行统计学分析。结果在3 476名60岁以上的城市老年人中,ADL受损者有635人,受损率为18.3%。较大年龄是城市老年人ADL受损的危险因素;较高文化程度、较多经济收入、已婚、独居、经常体育锻炼和较好主观支持可能是城市老年人ADL受损的保护因素。结论马鞍山市城市老年人的日常生活能力受损情况较为严重。应针对危险因素,完善相应政策,采取有效的措施,促进健康的老龄化。Objective To estimate the status of activities of daily living(ADL) and its influencing factors among the urban elderly in Ma’anshan City, and to provide a database for further intervention. Methods A total of 3 476 older people were selected as participants between December 2016 and March 2017, with stratified cluster sampling in Ma ’anshan City. All the statistical analyses were conducted by SPSS(version 16.0). Results 18.3%(635) of the participants had ADL impairment. Binary Logistic regression showed that older age may be the risk factors of ADL dysfunction; higher education level, better economic status, living alone, taking more exercise and better subjective support were protect factors of ADL. Conclusion The present situation of the activities of daily living among the elderly in Ma’anshan city is not optimistic. We should perfect corresponding policies and take effective measures based on the risk factors of ADL to improve the sound development of aging.
