摘　　要：随着输血医学的发展和临床对输血安全的高要求,迫切要求我们培养和推出一批具备输血专业素养的输血医学专门人才。全面提高教学质量,及时把新知识、新技术纳入到输血医学教育的教学内容之中,促进资源共享,重点加强学生动手能力和综合素质的培养,不断优化人才培养模式,促进学生素质全面协调发展,为高素质的应用型输血人才提供广阔的平台。With the development of transfusion medicine and increasing request of clinical blood transfusion safety,highly-educated blood transfusion professionals with blood transfusion expertise are in great demand. For such purpose,we formed the following suggestions: improved teaching quality,the implementation of new knowledge and technology in teaching,promoting resources sharing,enhancing students’ practical and comprehensive skills,optimizing talent training model and promoting the coordinated development of a student. We believe these are the keys to construct a broad platform for the elite talents in applied transfusion.
