摘 要:对某公司Ф30mm×1.4mm的TP2紫铜管多道次盘拉过程的组织和力学性能进行分析,给出盘拉过程各道次的显微组织,绘制各道次应力-应变曲线,并给出加工过程中抗拉强度与硬度变化规律。结果表明:第0道次横断面不同区域晶粒尺寸不同,第1道次盘拉后不同区域晶粒尺寸趋于一致(加工率30.22%);随着道次的增加,不同道次相同区域平均晶粒尺寸呈逐渐减小趋势,由21μm(第0道次)减少至6μm(第5道次),同时横断面逐渐出现细条状晶粒,纵截面逐渐形成细长的纤维组织;抗拉强度和硬度整体变化呈增大趋势,相对上一道次,抗拉强度在第1和第5道次分别增加了8.3%和10.6%,硬度值在第1和第4道次分别增加了9.6%和9.8%,其余道次抗拉强度和硬度值变化较小。The microstructure and mechanical properties of a multi-pass bull block drawing process for Ф30mm×1.4mm TP2 copper tube of a company were analyzed,and the metallographic microstructure of each pass was given during the bull block process.Then,the strain-stress curve of each pass was plotted,and the change rule of tensile strength and hardness during processing were given.The results show that the grain sizes are different in different cross-section regions at pass-O,and after pass-1 the average grain size of different regions tends to be the same (the processing rate is 30.22%).With the increasing of the number of passes ,the average grain size gradually decreases in the same cross-section region of different passes from 21μm (at pass-0)to 6μm (at pass-5),meanwhile the cross-section gradually appears strip-like grains and the longitudinal-section gradually forms elongated fibrous tissue.Compared with the last pass,the tensile strength and hardness values show a increasing trend,and the tensile strengths increase by 8.3% and 10.6% at pass-1 and pass- 5 respectively.The hardness values increase by 9.6% and 9.8% at pass-1 and pass-4 respectively,while other passes have very little fluctuations.
