摘  要:Al/Mg/Al复合板薄壁构件具有轻质、耐腐蚀的特点,是目前利用镁合金实现轻量化的有效手段,然而,在成形过程中Al/Mg界面极易发生开裂失效。采用直接热压法制备5052/AZ31B/5052三层复合板,结合光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪及万能材料实验机等分析测试手段,研究了5052/AZ31B/5052复合板的微观组织和力学性能。实验结果表明:在400℃、20 MPa、保温2 h条件下,可以制备出界面结合良好的复合板,其抗拉强度为233. 0 MPa、伸长率为14. 0%。界面结合处形成不同厚度的Mg17Al12相和Mg2Al3相扩散层,拉伸实验过程中靠近5052铝合金板材的扩散层与基体金属发生开裂。此外,复合板中的AZ31B镁合金板材晶粒尺寸由4. 02μm变为5. 57μm。此研究可为实现5052/AZ31B/5052三层复合板制备与成形一体化奠定理论与工艺基础。Al/Mg/Al composite plate with thin-walled structure has the characteristics of light weight and corrosion resistance,which is an effective means for realizing light weight by utilizing magnesium alloy.However,the cracking failure at Al/Mg interface is very likely to occur during the forming process.Therefore,5052/AZ31B/5052three-layer composite sheet was prepared by direct hot pressing method, and their microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by combining optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analyzer and universal tensile testing machine.The experimental results show that the composite sheet with good interface can be prepared at 400%,20MPa and 2h,and the tensile strength and elongation are 233.0MPa and 14.0%respectively.Furthermore,the diffusion layers with different thicknesses of Mg17Al12 and Mg2Al3 phases are formed at the Mg/Al interface,and the diffusion layer near the 5052 aluminum alloy sheet peels from the base metal during the tensile test.In addition,the average grain size of AZ31B magnesium alloy in the composite sheet increases from 4.02μm to 5.57μm.Thus,the above study can provide theoretical and technological foundation for the integrated preparation and forming technology of 5052/AZ31B/5052three-layer composite sheet.
