摘  要:绝缘材料的真空沿面闪络性能是目前电气工程领域的研究热点,为此采用大气压介质阻挡放电技术,对交联聚苯乙烯(CLPS)进行CF4等离子体表面改性。通过静态水接触角、原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术,分析改性前后CLPS的表面特性;同时测量改性前后的真空沿面闪络性能,讨论了表面微观形貌在纳米尺度上的变化及表面氟含量与闪络电压的关系。结果表明:CF4等离子体可以改变材料表面微观形貌并对表面进行氟化,使得CLPS真空沿面闪络电压提高50%以上。表面高度特征参数Ra随改性时间增加先增加后减小,引入氟以单氟接枝碳原子(C—F)的形式存在,纳米尺度下增加Ra以及在表面分子链中引入C—F键可提高CLPS真空沿面闪络电压。The vacuum surface flashover performance of insulators is the focus of electrical engineering. Consequently, we employed CF4 plasma excited by a dielectric barrier discharge system for surface modification of cross-linked polystyrene (CLPS). The surface properties of CLPS were investigated, including water contact angle measurements, surface morphology observation by atomic force microscopy (AFM), and surface composition analysis by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).Meanwhile,the flashover performance tests of CLPS were also carried out, the influence of nanoscale surface microtopography and surface fluorine were discussed. Results show that CF4 plasma can change the surface morphology of the material and fluorinate the surface, and the flashover voltage of vacuum surface of CLPS can be improved by more than 50% by this method. Surface microtopography parameters Ra of the sample first increases then decreases as the treatment time increases and the surface protuberance increases; fluoride groups are introduced into the material surface and mainly in the form of C—F. The increase of surface microtopography parameters Ra and the introduction of C— F bond lead to the increase of vacuum flashover voltage.
