摘 要:沙尘磨损引发的线路连接金具失效,渐渐引起人们的关注,金具材料表面特征、表面接触和磨粒性状均会影响到金具沙粒磨损过程。为了探索金具沙粒磨损与风力、沙粒和荷载等参数之间的关系,进行了线路金具沙粒磨损模拟试验,分析了金具磨损量的影响因素,测量了磨损后金具截面的硬度,微观分析了金具磨损的表面特性,对比了金具无沙磨损和沙粒磨损的行为。结果表明:1)施加的荷载、沙粒流量均促进了金具的磨损过程,沙粒磨损比无沙磨损对金具的损伤更大。2)沙粒粒径在0.09-0.1mm时,出现了磨损截面尺寸剩余率的最小值。3)磨损后金具材料硬度的最小值出现在磨损边缘的中间部位。4)现场和试验的磨损形貌中均存在粘着磨损和磨料磨损的特征。5)风致荷载引起的粘着磨损,沙粒的压入和切削行为引起的磨料磨损,均为金具磨损提供助力。研究结果为沙漠区域金具磨损治理提供参考。Sand erosion can cause the failure of link hardwares of transmission lines, and the factors affecting the process of sand erosion include material surface characteristics, surface contact informations, erosion grain traits, etc. In order to obtain the relationships between sand erosion on hardware and erosion parameters (wind, sand, load, etc), we performed sand erosion simulation experiments on link hardwares to obtain the erosion parameters of hardwares. The hardness of the hardware crosssection after erosion was measured by Vicker’s indentation test machine, and the behaviors were compared between sand erosion and erosion in the absence of sand by the surface micro topography of erosion hardware. The results show that the load and sand flow promote the process of sand erosion, and the sand erosion has the more damage than the erosion in the absence of sand. The surplus ratio least value of erosion crosssection appears with the sand diameters of about 0.09-0.1 mm. The hardness least value of the hardware crosssection after erosion appears on the middle shelf of erosion hardware edge. The micro characteristics of adhesion wear and abrasion wear are observed by site and test appearances. The adhesion wear caused by wind-induced load, abrasion wear caused by sand indentation and cutting will facilitate the hardware erosion. The results can provide references for the treatments of hardware erosion in deserts.
