摘 要:脉冲电流变化会引起励磁线圈内部磁场改变,基于励磁线圈脉冲电流对金属射流作用的理论分析,采用有限元法进行了电磁–温度–结构多物理场耦合分析,得到了励磁线圈脉冲电流强度和脉冲宽度对准静态金属射流多场分布的影响规律,最后进行了试验验证。结果表明:励磁线圈脉冲电流强度越大,金属射流发生不稳定变形越明显,脉冲电流必须有足够脉冲宽度,才能保证金属射流可靠变形,同时需要精确匹配金属射流产生和脉冲电流加载之间的时序,保证金属射流进入励磁线圈之前,线圈内部已建立足够强的磁场,磁感应强度需大于12T。研究成果对破甲弹威力电磁增强技术发展具有重要意义。Pulse current variation can result in internal magnetic field of magnetic exciting coil variation, thus we analyzed the theoretical model of electromagnetic field by theoretically analyzing the action of magnetic exciting coil on shaped charge jet(SCJ), coupling of electromagnetic field, temperature field, and structure field with finite element method, and obtained the influence laws of coil pulse current intensity and width on quasi-static SCJ. The results shows that the instable deformation of SCJ is more obvious as the coil pulse current amplitude increases. The coil pulse current width needs to be large enough to ensure reliable deformation of SCJ, at the same time, time series that the SCJ produces and pulse current loads need to be exactly matched, so that magnetic field is intense enough before the SCJ passes into magnetic exciting coil, and the magnetic flux intensity needs to be larger than 12 T. The research achievements have important significance to enhance penetration of high explosive anti-tank(HEAT).
