摘　　要：在新常态下,为了提高仪器设备经济供给侧配送中心的配送效率和物流均衡性,提出一种基于供应链网络全局均衡调度的仪器设备经济供给侧配送中心自动选择技术。构建新常态下仪器设备经济供给侧配送网络模型,采用最短路径规划方法构建经济供给侧配送的控制目标模型,以输出吞吐量、全局效率以及经济供给侧的均衡度等参量为控制约束参量,进行经济供给侧配送中心物流供应链的全局均衡调度设计。采用差分进化方法进行模型的最优解求解,结合负载开销和供应效率最优,实现新常态下仪器设备经济供给侧配送中心自动选择优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行新常态下仪器设备经济供给侧配送中心自动选择的自适应性较好,节点选择的准确度较高,提高配送效率。Under the new normal,in order to improve the distribution efficiency and logistics equilibrium of the instrument and equipment economic supply side distribution center,An automatic selection technique for supply side distribution center of instrument and equipment economy based on global balanced scheduling of supply chain network is presented.Under the new normal condition,the economic supply-side distribution network model of instrument and equipment,and the control target model of economic supply-side distribution by using the shortest path planning method and construted,to output the control parameters about the throughput,the global efficiency and the equilibrium degree of the economic supply side.The global equilibrium scheduling design of the logistics supply chain in the economic supply center is carried out.The differential evolution method is used to solve the optimal solution of the model.Combined with the optimal load cost and supply efficiency,the automatic selection and optimization of the instrument and equipment economic supply side distribution center is realized under the new normal condition.The simulation results show that this method is adaptive to the automatic selection of the economic supply side distribution center of the instrument and equipment under the new normal condition,and the accuracy of node selection is higher,and the efficiency of distribution is improved.
