摘  要:随着我国经济和电力系统的发展,电力系统自动化的要求越来越高。电网由电力系统中电压变电所和电线路组成。电压是整个电网中电力传输质量的一个重要参考指标,最大限度的降低网损、提高输电效率,是实现安全、可靠、经济电网的前提。AVC系统是自动电压控制系统,其能够根据实际电网的运行情况,计算得出最佳的电压调节方案,进行无功电压控制优化。AVC系统基于SCADA/EMS架构进行遥控、遥调、遥信、遥测,从而实现电网变电自动化控制。AVC系统接收SCADA读取的电力系统遥测遥信数据,在EMS进行数据的无缝连接、无功优化计算,通过SCADA遥控遥调完成对电网的实时检测与控制。将AVC系统应用于电网中,可以有效的提高输电效率,实现绿色电网,对电力系统和经济的发展具有积极的作用。With the development of China's economy and power system,the requirement of power system automation is getting higher and higher.The power grid consists of voltage transformer and electric circuit in the power system.Voltage is an important reference index of power transmission quality in the whole power grid.It is the premise of realizing safe,reliable and economic power grid to minimize network loss and improve transmission efficiency.AVC system is an automatic voltage control system,which can calculate the best voltage regulation scheme and optimize the reactive power and voltage control according to the actual operation of the power grid.AVC system based on SCADA /EMS architecture for remote control,remote adjustment,remote signal,remote measurement,so as to achieve power grid substation automation control.AVC system receives telemetry and telecommunication data read by SCADA,seamlessly connects the data in EMS,optimizes the reactive power,and completes the real-time detection and control of power grid by SCADA remote control and teleregulation.Applying AVC system to power grid can effectively improve transmission efficiency and realize green power grid,which has a positive effect on the development of power system and economy.
