摘  要:在我国,特高压是对电压等级在1000kv以上的交流电或者电压等级在800kv以上的直流电的描述,在上述特高压变电站中,GIS设备为整个变电系统的核心所在,其可否正常运行,关系到电网的安全正常运行。在GIS设备运行中,由于设备的绝缘故障及特高压数位系统的不稳定,从而使特高压隔离开关在操作的情况下,引起了电磁暂态现象,由此判断,设备中的内部气体介质产生多次击穿。隔离开关的分合频率的越多,损耗也随之增大,隔离开关在分合的过程击穿的机率也随之增大,尤其特高压GIS隔离开关,因其设备的特殊性,特性分析尤为重要。通过隔离开关操作的电场计算,从而得出改善设备内部电场的分布方法,即对设备动触头及静触头屏蔽距离采用最短距离的设计。这样的设计优化,使设备降低了在操作条件下的介质击穿,也为其特性分析提供了数据分析。通过模型的建立、理论分析及试验结果的分析、对比,从而得出模型代替设备中气体的绝缘介质性能特性。In China,UHV refers to DC voltages of ±800 kilovolts and above and voltage levels of AC voltages of 1000 kilovolts and above.Among them,GIS equipment is the core of which.Whether it can operate normally depends on the normal operation of the power grid.In the operation of GIS equipment,due to the insulation failure of the equipment and the instability of the UHV digital system,the UHV isolation switch in the operating conditions,caused by electromagnetic transient phenomenon,which judges that the internal gas medium in the device Multiple breakdowns.The more the disconnection frequency of the isolation switch,the greater the loss.The probability of breakdown of the isolation switch in the process of disconnection also increases,especially the UHV GIS isolation switch,due to the special characteristics of its equipment,characteristics analysis Particularly important.By calculating the electric field of the isolating switch,a method for improving the distribution of the electric field inside the device is obtained,that is,the shortest distance is used for designing the shielding distance between the movable contact and the static contact of the device.This design optimization allows the device to reduce dielectric breakdown under operating conditions and also provides data analysis for its characterization.Through the establishment of the model,the theoretical analysis and the analysis and comparison of the test results,it abtains the performance characteristics of the insulating medium of the equipment.
