摘 要:超声波法检测蠕化率是依据预先建立的超声波声速与蠕墨铸铁蠕化率之间的关系模型来快速预测的,声速的测量至关重要。借助ECHOMETER1076超声波声速仪、探针式表面粗糙度测量仪、定量金相等,结合试验和数值模拟方法,详细研究了耦合剂种类及厚度、试样表面粗糙度等因素在超声波法检测蠕化率时对声速测量的影响规律。结果表明,声阻抗在(0.13~0.3)×10~6 g/cm^2·s之间的常用耦合剂对声速测量造成的影响不大。在耦合剂最常涂抹的厚度0.2 mm之内,声速的变化范围在77 m/s以内。当试样表面粗糙度R_a≤5μm时对声速测量基本无影响。这些为精确测量声速和准确预测蠕化率提供了依据。The ultrasonic detection method of vermicular rate is based on the relationship between the ultrasonic velocity and the vermicular rate ofvermicular graphite cast iron,so the measurement of the ultrasonic velocity is very important.In this paper,through the ECHOMETER1076ultrasonic sound velocity meter,the probe surface roughness measuring instrument and quantitative metallography,the influencial factors such as the coupling agent type and thickness,the surface roughness of sample on the ultrasonic velocity were studied in details and systematically analyzed by experiments and numerical simulation.The results indicate that common coupling agents with the acoustic impedance of (0.13-0.3)xl0^6g/cm^2·s have little influence on the ultrasonic velocity.When the thickness of coupling agent is less than 0.2mm,the change of the ultrasonic velocity is within the range of 77m/s.The influence of the sample surface roughness R,on the ultrasonic velocity can be neglected when it is less than 5μm.These results provide a basis for the accurate measurement of the ultrasonic velocity and vermicular rate ofvermicular graphite cast iron.
