摘　　要：纯氧天然气回转化铁炉高功率密度烧嘴的特征为混合性能好,配以相应的燃烧控制系统,可以根据熔化过程的要求,调整天然气供应量并自动控制氧气输送量,使天然气、氧气按比例混合,混合快速且均匀,火焰的几何特性与炉体匹配良好,从而可以大幅度提高回转化铁炉的功率密度,进而提高回转炉的熔化效率。The high power density burner of the oxyfuel gas rotary iron-melting furnace is characterized by the good mixing performance of pure oxygen and natural gas.With the corresponding combustion control system, according to the requirement of the melting process,it adjusts the natural gas supply and automatically control the oxygen throughput,so that the natural gas and oxygen are mixed in proportion.Since the mixing is fast and uniform,and the geometrical characteristics of the flame are well matched with the furnace body,the power density of the oxyfuel gas rotary iron-melting furnace is substantially increased,and the melting efficiency of the rotary furnace can be greatly improved.
