摘　　要：结合覆膜砂在发动机铸件生产中的应用现状,介绍了覆膜砂砂芯疏松、脱壳及固化不良等常见问题及其形成机理,重点阐述了覆膜砂关键指标对铸件质量的影响,并提出了相应的改善对策。Based on the present situation of coated sand used in production of automobile castings,the common defects of sand cores,such as porosity,peeling-off and poor hardening,were presented,the causes and influence factors of these defects were analyzed.Furthermore,the effects of key properties of coated sand on the casting quality were emphatically discussed,and the countermeasures to solve the common problems of coated sand were proposed.
