摘 要:为解决动压巷道坚硬底板底鼓无法通过风镐进行起底作业的难题,基于巷道围岩治理安全高效的施工需求,引入了"静态破碎技术"辅助治理坚硬底板底鼓的思路,提出了巷道底鼓机械化快速施工的技术方案。通过分析静态破碎剂的工作原理、技术特点及施工方法,结合巷道修复机在山西新元煤矿的应用,结果表明:该套施工技术方法可以有效提升煤矿巷道修复的机械化作业水平,降低工人劳动强度,实现减员增效,为今后类似条件巷道底鼓治理提供技术参考。As it is unable to repair the hard floor with air picks,according to the safety and high efficiency construction requirement of the surrounding rock control in the mine roadway,we introduced the idea of“static cracking technology” auxiliary control floor heave in hard floor repair and proposed the technical solution of rapid mechanized construction in roadway floor heave. Through analyzing the working principle,technical characteristics and construction method of static cracking agent,the roadway repair machine was applied in Shanxi Xinyuan Coal Mine. The application results show that the set of construction technology and methods can effectively improve the roadway repair mechanized operation level, reduce the labor intensity,improve the efficiency,which can also provide reference and guidance for the similar coal mine floor control and repair.
