摘 要:介绍了金鸡滩煤矿副斜井出水涌砂灾害发生的过程,分析发现,短时间超大吨位车辆多次通行造成副斜井底板破裂、底板下覆砂层液化,是本次灾害发生的主要原因。制定了副斜井出水涌砂抢险治理方案,即:灾害抢险治理采用了"木垛内撑+帮部注浆"的方案,后期治理采取了"U型钢棚加固+壁后土层注浆"的方案。治理完成后副斜井已恢复正常通行,没有发生重复性出水涌砂现象,实践表明井筒治理效果较好。The process of serious water and sand inrush in sub-inclined shaft of Jinjitan Coal Mine was introduced,it was found that the repeated cycling of large tonnage vehicles resulted in multiple ruptures of the floor,and the liquefaction of the sand behind the wall was the fundamental cause of the water sand inrush. In the emergency stage,the scheme of“crib +grouting”was adopted. In the later stage of reinforcement,the scheme of“U-Steel shelter+grouting”was adopted. After the treatment,the auxiliary inclined shaft had resumed normal traffic,and there was no water and sand inrush. The practice showed that the shaft repair effect was favorable.
