摘  要:散热良好是矿用制冷机组正常运行的必要条件,结合一平浪矿井水源分配情况提出了矿井涌水自重力给水冷却技术,利用不同水平高差产生的静压克服系统阻力进行给水,带走制冷机组运行时产生的热量。与传统的闭式循环冷却技术相比,不需要换热设备、冷却系统简单、配套设备功率仅为传统技术的50%,在满足制冷机组冷却要求的前提下达到了节能降耗的效果,为小型矿井的热害治理存在的问题提供了新的解决思路。Based on the cooling demand and actual conditions of the coal mine,a new type water cooling technology through gravity is put forward combining with the water-distribution of the mine. Elevation difference is used to overcome resistance of water supply system and take away the heat generated by the refrigerating unit. Compared with the traditional closed cycle cooling technology,the technology does not need heat transfer equipment,so the cooling system is simple and equipment investment is less. The equipment power is just 50% of the traditional technology and achieving the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption under the premise of meeting the refrigerating unit cooling requirement. It provides a new solution to solve heat hazard of small coal mines.
