摘 要:建立了考虑浆液粘度时变性的宾汉浆液多因素动水注浆运移模型,模型中考虑了模型开度与现场裂隙力学开度以及粗糙度系数之间的相互关系以及地下水压对浆液扩散范围的影响,所建模型通过Matlab软件编程可实现模型计算程序化,方便现场应用。利用自主研发的大型可调——可视化动水注浆运移模拟试验系统进行了一系列浆液运移扩散试验,发现试验值与理论值趋势基本吻合,进一步验证了模型的合理性。所建模型对指导多因素影响下的注浆施工参数选取与扩散预测具有一定的借鉴作用。Grouting diffusion range in dynamic water was focused seriously in grouting engineering. Migration model of two -phase flow of grouts-water in a single fracture considering grouts viscosity time-varying characteristics was built up,in which the relationship between model aperture and mechanical aperture,roughness coefficient was considered,and the effect of groundwater pressure on grouts diffusing range was also considered. The model can be programmed by Matlab software. A serious of grouts migration tests were done by using large-scale and visual grouting simulation system and the model was further validated. The model can play a guiding role in grouting engineering.
