摘 要:以蛇行输送机为研究对象,设计了蛇行输送机的三维模型与实物图,基于Serpenoid曲线对蛇行输送机的运动形态进行数学描述,并对其进行离散化设计和时域扩展,运用MATLAB软件找到了蛇行输送机转弯运动时的最佳控制参数区间。对蛇行输送机蜿蜒运动、向左转弯、向右转弯三种工况进行了运动仿真分析,得到了不同工况影响下的各相邻机架间转向角度的变化规律。最后,根据所得蛇行输送机转弯运动时的机架间转向角度特性对蛇行输送机实车进行转弯实验研究,实验结果验证了转弯运动控制参数的有效性及合理性。该研究将会为今后蛇行带式输送机的转弯运动的研究提供理论基础,为蛇行带式输送机在实际的生产布置、运行提供理论依据。We took the snaking conveyor as research object,designed the 3D model and the physical map of snaking conveyor,mathematical description for movement patterns of serpenoid curve of the conveyor based on hunting,and carried out the discrete design and time domain expansion,using MATLAB software to find the optimal parameters of interval turning movement of the conveyor system. The motion simulation analysis was carried out for the three movements of the snaking conveyor,the winding movement,left turn and right turn,and the change law of the steering angle between adjacent frames under different working conditions was obtained. Finally,according to the steering angle characteristics of the resulting meandering conveyor during the turning movement,the turning experiment of the snaking conveyor was carried out. The experimental results verified the validity and rationality of the turning motion control parameters. The research in this paper will provide a theoretical basis for the future research of the turning motion of the snaking belt conveyor,and provide a theoretical basis for the actual production arrangement and operation of snaking belt conveyor.
