益智不同部位中圆柚酮含量的比较

摘　　要：目的比较益智、益智壳、益智仁中圆柚酮的含量。方法采用HPLC法测定益智、益智壳、益智仁中圆柚酮的含量,用Agilent C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(56:44),流速1mL·mL^-1,柱温40℃,检测波长238nm。结果2.86~148.72μg·mL^-1圆柚酮与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为101.27%,RSD=2.94%。益智、益智壳、益智仁均含有圆柚酮,其含量的顺序为益智仁>益智>益智壳。结论益智仁中圆柚酮的含量明显高于益智和益智壳,建议不宜将益智作为益智仁使用。OBJECTIVE To compare the content of nootkatone in different parts of Alpiniae oxyphyllae Fructus. METHODS The contents of nootkatone in the fruit,pericarp and seeds were analyzed by HPLC,Agilent C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water( 56 ∶ 44). The flow rate was 1. 0 m L·m L-1,column temperature was 40 ℃. The UV wavelength was set to 238 nm. RESULTS The liner range of nootkatone was 2. 86-148. 72 μg·m L-1( r = 0. 9999),The average recovery was 101. 27% and RSD was 2. 94%. Nootkatone could be detected in the fruit,pericarp and seeds,and the content of nootkatone was: Seeds > fruit > pericarp. CONCLUSION The content of nootkatone in the seeds was higher than that in the fruit and pericarp. It is suggested that the fruit of A. oxyphyllae is not appropriate to be used as the seeds of A. oxyphyllae.
