大学生职业希望自我与主观幸福感的关系:心理弹性的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生职业希望自我、心理弹性与主观幸福感之间的关系,以及心理弹性在职业希望自我和主观幸福感之间的中介作用。方法:采用大学生心理弹性问卷、大学生职业希望自我问卷和总体幸福感量表对418名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)大学生职业希望自我、心理弹性均与主观幸福感显著正相关(r=0. 34-0. 48,P <0. 01);(2)职业希望自我、心理弹性能显著预测主观幸福感,心理弹性在职业希望自我与主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用(χ2/df=1. 88,RMSEA=0. 067,CFI=0. 96,NFI=0. 96,TLI=0. 92)。心理弹性的中介效应占总效应的25. 64%。结论:职业希望自我不仅直接影响大学生的主观幸福感,还通过心理弹性间接影响大学生的主观幸福感。提高大学生的心理弹性不仅有益于大学生对未来自我职业的规划,更有利于促使大学生的良好适应,提升大学生的主观幸福指数。Objective To analyze the relationship among work hoped -for selves,resilience and subjective well -being of college students,and the mediating role of resilience between work hoped-for selves and subjective well-being.Method 418cases of college students were randomly sampled and surveyed with questionnaires of college students'resilience questionnaire,college students'occupational desire self questionnaire and overall well -being scale.Results The work hoped -for selves and resilience of college students was respectively positively related to their subjective well -being.The factor of work hoped -for selves and resilience can significantly predict subjective well -being.And resilience can play partly mediating role between work hoped -for selves and subjective well -being,which accounted for 25.64%of total'effect.Conclusion Work hoped -for selves can not only directly influence subjective well -being of college students,but also indirectly influence it mediated by resilience,which needs to be further improved.
