《养老奉亲书》脾肾互济思想初探

摘　　要：《养老奉亲书》是我国现存较早期的老年医学专著,其学术思想相对集中于衰老的病因学探讨及食疗养生,并认为衰老多责之脾胃,且对脾肾互济有所阐释。为梳理其脾肾互济的学术思想,从脾胃先宗、肾脏同资、脾肾互济三方面,对老年病的病因病机、临床表现进行分析,并列举相应调养方。Yanglao Fengqin Shu( Filial Care for the Elderly) is an earlier existing gerontology monograph in China. Its academic thoughts relatively center upon the etiology of aging and the dietotherapy for health preservation. It is believed that both spleen and stomach are the common reasons for aging,and there are many explanations on the thought of mutual nourishment of spleen and kidney. In order to sort out the academic ideas of mutual nourishment of spleen and kidney,this article analyzes the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of geriatric diseases from first nourishment for spleen and stomach,kidney benefiting from essence and mutual nourishment of spleen and kidney,and the corresponding prescriptions are listed.
