摘 要:目的将低温酰化工艺应用于7-氨基头孢烷酸的生产,提高7-氨基头孢烷酸质量。方法降低7-氨基头孢烷酸生产过程中,酰化步骤的反应温度,由(13±1)℃改为(10±1)℃。结果 D-7-ACA和单杂两项杂质,分别由0.30%和0.15%降低至0.25%和0.10%。结论该工艺改进简单可行,可有效提高7-氨基头孢烷酸质量,适用于产业化生产。Objective The low-temperature acylation process was successfully applied to the production of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid.The quality of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid could be effectively improved.Methods The purity of 7-ACA was optimized by reducing the acylation temperature from (13±1)℃ to (10±1)℃ during the production of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid.Results The 7-aminocephalosporanic acid product obtained by the low-temperature acylation process,in which the D-7-ACA and the single impurity were reduced from 0.30% and 0.15% to 0.25% and 0.10%,respectively.The product are obvious quality advantage compared with the comparative test and the commercially available product.Conclusion The technology is simple to operate and the quality of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid can be effectively improved,which is suitable for industrial production.
