摘　　要：以风险资本介入共享经济的规制路径为视角,将风投介入限度、共享经济发展、市场规制内容纳入研究框架。通过风险资本介入共享经济周期表现作为分析内容,以及国家政策规制措施介入的静态考察和动态参与,审慎评估国家政策规范管制的限度、共享经济的新经济模式推动、风险投资审慎性三个维度的动态平衡关系。从而提出协同性创新视野下特许经营价值和资本估值平衡的实现;柔性规则治理推动网约车治理体系正确引导;通过穿透和对抗确立风险资本审慎监管制度。From perspective of the regulation path of venture capital intervention in the share economy,this pa- per puts the limits of venture capital intervention,the development of shared economy and the content of market regulation into the research framework.Through analysis of performance of venture capital intervention in the shared economic cycle,as well as the static investigation and dynamic participation of the intervention of national policy and regulation measures,the dynamic balance relationship of three dimensions,which turn out limitation of national policy regulation,the promotion of the new economic model of the share economy and the prudence of venture capital,is carefully evaluated.Thus,proposed that the balance of franchise value and capital-valuation should be realized in the perspective of synergistic innovation;the soft -law management should propel the correct guidance of the management system of net contract vehicles;and the prudent supervision system of venture capital should be es- tablished through penetration and confrontation.
