摘 要:以油酸为原料,先合成油酸甲酯再合成不饱和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(OMEE),通过碘价测定和红外光谱图可以确定双键的存在不影响EO加成的位置。对OMEE进行物化和应用性能测试,并与常规脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)进行对比,得出以下结论:cmc为1.53×10^(-4)mol/L,γ_(cmc)为38.06 mN/m,OMEE的润湿能力略差,泡沫能力一般,但有着较好的乳化能力和较优的皮脂去污能力。The unsaturated fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate(OMEE) was synthesized with oleic acid methyl ester which was derived from oleic acid. It could be confirmed that the double bond of carbon did not affect the position of ethylene oxide(EO) addition by the measurement of iodine value and infrared spectra.The physicochemical properties and application performance of OMEE were tested and compared with conventional fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate(FMEE). The conclusions were as follows: the critical micelle concentration(cmc) of OMEE was 1.53×10-4 mol/L, and the surface tension(γcmc) was 38.06 mN/m. The wetting ability of OMEE was slightly worse than FMEE and the foaming ability was general, but it had a good ability of emulsification and outstanding detergency on sebum.
