摘 要:转向节臂是汽车的关键零部件之一,其强度和疲劳耐久性能对汽车的行驶安全有重要影响。基于不同建模方式与边界条件对转向节臂强度和疲劳损伤影响的研究,提出一种简化建模法。研究结果表明,简化建模法相比详细建模法,最大应力值减小了2.64%,最大损伤值减小了9.97%,且分析结果相近,风险位置相同。通过研究确认,简化建模法可以用于汽车转向节臂强度和疲劳耐久性能的仿真分析,为企业缩短开发周期,降低开发成本。The knuckle arm is one of the key components of the car,and its strength and fatigue durability can have a significant impact on the running safety of the car.Based on the research on the influence of different modeling methods and boundary conditions on the strength and fatigue damage of knuckle arm,a simplified modeling method was proposed.The findings show that compared with the detailed modeling method,the maximum stress value is reduced by 2.64%,the maximum damage value is reduced by 9.97%,the analytic results are similar,and the risk location is identical.Through research,it is confirmed that the simplified modeling method can be used for the simulation analysis of the strength and fatigue durability of the knuckle arm,which can shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost for development.
