摘　　要：分析了原有数控等离子切割机除尘系统除尘效果差的原因,从提高风道口密封性、缩短风道长度、减小风道内表面粗糙度值等方面对除尘系统进行了改进。改进后,数控等离子切割机除尘系统运行情况良好。The reason for the poor dust removal effect of the original dust removal system of CNC plasma cutting machine was analyzed. The dust removal system has been improved from the aspects of improving the air passage opening tightness, shortening the length of the air duct, and reducing the roughness of the inner surface of the air duct. After the improvement, the dust removal system of CNC plasma cutting machine works well.
