摘　　要：在对卧式深孔内工件的装配难点进行分析的基础上,设计了工件吊装工具。对这一吊装工具的原理进行了介绍,并确定了吊装工具中杆件与滑子的结构尺寸。对应用所设计的吊装工具进行卧式深孔内工件装配的方法进行了详细论述,并介绍了不同质量工件的拆卸方法。Based on the analysis of the assembly difficulties of the work-piece in the horizontal deep borehole,a lifting tool for the work-piece was designed.The principle of this lifting tool was introduced, and the physical dimensions of the king-rod and slider in the lifting tool were determined.The method of assembling the work-piece in the horizontal deep borehole by the application of the designed lifting tool was discussed in detail,and the methods for disassembly of work-pieces with different mass were introduced.
