摘　　要：总结卞嵩京教授辨治溃疡性结肠炎的经验。认为其病机为湿热蕴肠、气滞络瘀、脾虚失健,治宜温肾健脾、导滞化瘀;注重附术同用;巧用芍药等。并举验案1则。This paper summarizes Professor Bian Songjing's experience in treating ulcerative colitis.It is considered that the pathogenesis is dampness-heat stagnating in intestine,qi stagnation and stasis of collaterals and dysfunction of spleen in transportation due to spleen deficiency.The treatment should be taking Fuzi and Baizhu in combination to warm kidney and invigorate spleen ,flexibly applying Shaoyao to remove food stagnation and dissolve blood stasis.One proven case is presented.
