摘 要:为了对内含铝塑板的药盒进行射频识别(RFID),设计了一种无源超高频(UHF)锯齿偶极子抗金属标签天线。采用Ansoft HFSS软件建模仿真,分析了主要结构参数以及铝塑板在药盒中位置的变化对标签天线性能的影响。优化后的结果表明,上述天线具有良好的方向性、抗干扰性和阻抗匹配特性,且带宽能够覆盖UHF RFID频段范围。制作了标签样品并进行了测试,结果表明实测最大阅读距离能满足实际应用的需求。上述天线性能好、尺寸小、结构简单,并可印刷于药盒表面,具有较好的实用价值。A passive ultra-high frequency (UHF)zigzag dipole anti-metal tag antenna for radio frequency identification (REID)of medicine carton containing aluminum-plastic board was designed by the authors.The tag antenna model was built by using Ansoft HFSS simulation software.The influences of the main structure parameters and the position of the aluminum-plastic board in the medicine carton to the performances of the tag antenna were analyzed.The optimal results show that the antenna has good directivity,anti-interference and impedance matching characteristics.The bandwidth of the tag antenna can cover UHF RFID frequency range.An REID tag sample was fabricated and measured.The maximum reading distance can meet the requirements of the practical application.The antenna has good performance,small size,simple structure,and can be printed on the medicine carton.It has a good practical value.
