摘  要:为了降低地震对人民群众安全和人民财产造成的威胁,需要对地震实时预警方法进行研究。采用当前地震实时预警方法对地震进行预警时,存在预警实时性低和准确性低的问题。在互联网的基础上提出一种地震实时预警方法。通过压缩感知采集历史地震数据,采用观测矩阵将可压缩的高维信号以及稀疏的高维信号映射到维数较低的空间中,根据线性重构算法结合信号稀疏性的先验条件对原始的地震信号进行恢复,完成历史地震数据的采集。根据地区影响因子计算单元信息量值,根据计算结果结合"类似原则"划分单元的地质灾害危害性。采用ETA数据预报法对危险区域进行预警,完成地震的实时预警。仿真结果表明,所提方法的预警实时性高、预警准确性高。In order to reduce the threat cansed by the earthquake,it is necessary to research the real-time early warning method for earthquake.Based on the Internet,a real-time early warning method for earthquake was presen- ted.First of all,the compressive sensing was used to collect historical seismic data,and then the observation matrix was used to map .compressible high-dimensional signal and sparse high-dimensional signal into the low-dimensional space.The prior conditiofi of signal sparsity was combined with linear reconstruction algorithms to restore the original seismic signal,so as to complete the collection of historical seismic data.According to the regional influence factor,the unit information amount was calculated.Based on the calculation result and "similar principle",the harmfulness of unit geological hazards was divided.Finally,the ETA data forecasting method was applied to the early warning of dangerous area.Thus,we completed real-time early warning of earthquake.Simulation result shows that the proposed method has high performance and high accuracy of real-time early warning.
