摘　　要：郑邦本老师常用黄芪60 g配伍益母草15～30 g治疗肾病综合征、肾炎综合征、慢性肾炎、糖尿病肾病;灵芝30 g配刺五加15 g对脾肾阳虚,体虚乏力,食欲不振,腰膝酸痛,失眠多梦等证尤为有效,常用于疲劳综合征、神经衰弱的治疗;苏子10 g配地龙10 g降气止咳平喘,常用于支气管哮喘、喘息性支气管炎的治疗;木香10 g配伍槟榔10 g行气宽肠,治疗腹胀、肛门坠胀疗效显著;益母草15～30 g配生山楂30 g活血通经,治疗月经量少、痛经、不孕症等;半枝莲30 g与垂盆草30 g清热利湿退黄,退黄与降酶并举,常用于治疗肝功能异常湿热证;血肉有情之品鹿角胶10 g配伍骨碎补15 g补肾强筋骨,用于骨质疏松、骨折术后愈合不佳、脑萎缩等病;穿山甲5～10 g配鹿角片5～10 g治疗乳腺增生、输卵管不通疗效显著;怀牛膝15 g配刘寄奴30 g治疗血瘀阻络引起的关节疼痛,用于风湿性关节炎、膝骨性关节炎、骨关节损伤疾病。上述对药为郑老师经过长期临床验证,效如桴鼓,具有可重复性,如能在辨证基础上正确运用,常能收到良好效果。Zheng Bang-ben's commonly-used drug pairs are as follows: 60g of Huangqi ( Radix Astragali) is combined with 15- 30g of Yimucao ( Herba Leonuri) to treat nephrotic syndrome,nephritis syndrome,chronic nephritis,diabetic nephropathy,and can effectively reduce or eliminate urinary protein and hematuria; 30g pg Lingzhi ( Ganoderma) is combined with 15g of Ciwujia ( Radix et Rhizoma seu Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi) to treat fatigue syndrome and neurasthenia manifested as Spleen and kidney yang deficiency,body asthenia,lack of appetite,waist and knee pain; 10g of Suzi ( Fructus Perillae) is combined with 10g of Dilong ( Pheretima) to descend qi,arrest cough and calm asthma and treat bronchial asthma and asthmatic bronchitis; 10g of Muxiang ( Radix Aucklandiae) is combined with 10g of Binglang ( Semen Arecae) to treat abdominal distention and anal distention very effectively; 15-30 g of Yimucao ( Herba Leonuri) combined with 10 g of raw Shanzha ( Fructus Crataegi) can activating blood circulation and dredge meridians to treat qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome manifested as less menstruation,dysmenorrhea and infertility duringmenstrual period; 30g of Banzhilian ( Herba Scutellariae Barbatae) combined with 30g of Chuipencao ( Herba Sedi) can remove heat and dampness,remove jaundice,and reduce enzymes. It is commonly used in patients with liver dysfunction due to damp heat syndrome; 10g of Lujiaojiao ( Colla Cornus Cervi) combined with 15g of Gusuibu ( Rhizoma Drynariae) can nourish the kidney and strengthen tendons and bones,and is often used to treat osteoporosis,poor fracture healing, brain atrophy; 5-10g of Chuanshanjia ( Squama Manitis) combined with 5-10g of Lujiaopian ( Cornu Cervi) can treat hyperplasia of mammary glands and fallopian tube obstruction; 15g of Huainiuxi ( Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae) combined with 30 g of Liujinv ( Herba Artemisiae Anomalae) can treat joint pain caused by blood stasis blocking collaterals,and is used in rheumatoid arthritis, knee osteoarthritis,bone and joint injury disea
