摘　　要：血瘀是中风病关键致病因素及重要病机,活血化瘀是治疗本病的重要法则,尤宜进行早期施治。痰瘀并治、气血同治是活血化瘀治疗早期缺血性中风的要点。导致血瘀的因素众多,并常兼夹他邪,故活血化瘀法应根据致病因素及兼夹他邪情况进行辨治,以达瘀血除、新血生、脑脉得养、醒脑开窍之功效。血瘀的主要辨治方法有:益气活血法、理气活血法、滋阴活血法、养血活血法、温经活血法、清热活血法、利湿活血法、化痰活血法、解毒活血法、通腑活血法、止血活血法等。Blood stasis is the key pathogenic factor and important pathogenesis of stroke. Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is an important principle for treating the disease,especially for early treatment. Treating both phlegm and blood stasis,both qi and blood are the essentials of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis to treat early ischemic stroke. There are many factors leading to blood stasis,and often combined with other pathogens,so the method of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis should be based on the pathogenic factors and combined with other pathogens,so as to achieve the effect of removing blood stasis,generating new blood,nourishing the brain,activating brain for resuscitation. The main methods of removing blood stasis based on syndrome differentiation include: method of supplementing qi for activating blood,method of regulating qi for activating blood,method of nourishing yin for activating blood,method of nourishing blood for activating blood, method of warming meridians for activating blood,method of clearing heat for activating blood,method of regulating dampness for activating blood,method of resolving phlegm for activating blood,method of detoxifying for activating blood,method of dredging fu-organs for activating blood,method of stopping blood for activating blood.
