八甘佛香汤加味治疗肝胃不和型胃窦炎60例

摘　　要：目的:观察八甘佛香汤治疗慢性胃窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例肝胃不和型胃窦炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组用质子泵抑制剂加常规抗生素治疗,观察组采用八甘佛香汤治疗,治疗1个月后就患者的中医症状积分和有效率进行比较。结果:对照组有效率为76. 66%,观察组有效率为93. 32%,观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。对照组治疗后胃脘痞满评分为(6. 29±2. 12),胃脘痛评分为(7. 57±1. 00),嗳气反酸评分为(5. 88±1. 93),纳差评分(6. 15±2. 23);观察组治疗后胃脘痞满评分为(4. 43±1. 34),胃脘痛评分为(3. 75±2. 10),嗳气反酸评分为(4. 87±1. 43),纳差评分为(3. 19±2. 03),观察组的中医症状评分明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:八甘佛香汤能显著改善慢性胃窦炎的临床症状。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Bagan Foxiang Decoction ( BGFXD) on chronic antritis. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with antritis with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with proton pump inhibitor plus conventional antibiotics,while the ones in the observation group waere treated with BGFXD. After one month of treatment, the scores and efficiency of TCM symptoms in the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of the control group was 76. 66%,and that of the observation group was 93. 32%. The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05) . After the treatment,the control group's gastric fullness score was ( 6. 29 ± 2. 12) ,stomachache score was ( 7. 57 ± 1. 00) ,belching acid score was ( 5. 88 ± 1. 93) and acceptance difference score was ( 6. 15 ± 2. 23) . The observation group's gastric fullness score was ( 4. 43 ± 1. 34) ,stomachache score was ( 3. 75 ± 2. 10) and rebellion of belching. The acid score was ( 4. 87 ± 1. 43) and the acceptance difference score was ( 3. 19 ± 2. 03) . The scores of TCM symptom score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: BGFXD can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic antral gastritis.
