摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添喂不同水平复合肠道保护剂对良凤花肉鸡营养物质消化代谢的影响。试验选取体重相近、健康状况良好的1日龄良凤花肉鸡375只,随机分为5组,于63日龄时从每组中随机选出12只鸡,总计60只鸡做消化代谢试验。试验期为12 d,其中预饲期7 d,正式期5 d。阴性对照组,饲喂不添加抗生素的基础饲粮;阳性对照组,在基础饲粮中添加0.3 g/kg那西肽和0.25 g/kg硫酸黏杆菌素;试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加1.5、2 g/kg和2.5 g/kg的复合肠道保护剂。试验结果表明:(1)在良凤花肉鸡饲粮中添喂不同水平复合肠道保护剂,与阴性对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组可极显著提高磷的消化量(P<0.01),显著提高粗蛋白质和钙的消化量(P<0.05);与阳性对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组可极显著提高钙的消化量(P<0.01)。与阴性对照组相比,各试验组均能极显著提高良凤花肉鸡对饲粮中粗脂肪和磷的消化率(P<0.01);与阳性对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组可极显著提高粗蛋白质的消化率(P<0.01),显著提高粗脂肪和磷的消化率(P<0.05)。(2)与阴性对照组相比,各试验组均提高了肉鸡钙、磷的保留量和保留率,其中试验Ⅲ组极显著提高钙、磷的保留量和保留率(P<0.01)。由此可知,本试验条件下,在良凤花肉鸡饲粮中添加不同水平复合肠道保护剂,可改善饲料营养物质的消化吸收,提高饲料的转化率。综合考虑,复合肠道保护剂可以替代抗生素,建议添喂量为2.5 g/kg。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of compound intestinal protectant on nutrient digestion and metabolism Liangfeng broilers. A total of 375 1-day-old Liangfeng broilers with similar weight and good health were randomly divided into 5 groups. At 63 days of age, 12 chickens were randomly selected from each group, and a total of 60 chickens were used for digestion and metabolism tests. The test period was 12 d, with a pre feeding period of 7 d and a formal period of 5 d. The negative control group was fed with basal diet, the positive control group was fed with diet supplemented antibiotics group(0.3 g/kg Nosiheptide and 0.25 g/kg Colistin sulfate). Liangfeng broilers in the test group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with diet supplemented with 1.5 g/kg, 2 g/kg, 2.5 g/kg compound intes tinal protectant. The results showed that: ① Compared with the negative control group, the test group Ⅲ could significantly increase the digestibility of phosphorus(P<0.01), significantly increase the digestibility of crude protein and calcium(P<0.05). Compared with the positive control group, the test group Ⅲ could significantly increase the amount of calcium digestibility(P<0.01). Compared with the negative con trol group, different levels of compound enteric protective agent were added to the broiler diets, and each trial group could significantly improve the digestibility of crude fat and phosphorus in the diet of Liangfeng broilers (P<0.01), compared with the positive control group trial Ⅲ can significantly improve the digestibility of crude protein (P<0.01), significantly improve the digestibility of crude fat and phosphorus (P<0.05). ② Compared with thenegative control group, the retention amount and retention rate of calcium and phosphorus were increased in all the experimental groups, and the retention amount and retention rate of calcium and phosphorus were significantly increased in the test group Ⅲ(P<0.01).
