摘 要:以初始平均体重为(4.33±0.12) g的光倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus hollandi Oshima)幼鱼为研究对象,配制6个不同蛋白质含量(D1:24%、D2:28%、D3:32%、D4:36%、D5:40%、D6:44%)的等能试验饲料,研究不同蛋白水平饲料对光倒刺鲃生长、消化酶及体成分的影响。试验在室内养殖系统中进行,每玻璃水箱(80 cm×50 cm×60 cm)饲养30尾,每组3个重复,日投喂量为鱼体重3%~5%,投喂2次,饲养8周。结果显示,光倒刺鲃幼鱼摄食蛋白质含量为40%的饲料后,其增重率(WG)、特定生长率(SGR)及饲料效率(FE)均优于其他组,且肥满度(CF)表现最好;低蛋白组(D1和D2)的饲料干物质表观消化率(ADC)显著高于高蛋白组(D5、D6)(P<0.05)。在肝脏转氨酶和肠道消化酶方面,谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)含量均在D6组显著高于其他组(P<0.05);低蛋白组(D1、D2)淀粉酶活力显著高于其他组(P<0.05);胰蛋白酶活力随着饲料蛋白质含量的增加显著升高,后趋于平稳;而脂肪酶活力则与饲料蛋白含量呈正相关性,D6组脂肪酶活力最高。在体成分方面,鱼体粗蛋白含量随饲料蛋白水平的上升而增加,在D5组达最高;而粗脂肪含量随饲料蛋白含量的增加呈先升后降的趋势,在D6组降到最低;水分和粗灰分在各组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,光倒刺鲃幼鱼在该阶段最适饲料蛋白质量以42.06%为宜。An 8-week feeding experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary with different protein levels on the growth, digestive enzyme activities and body composition of the juvenile Spinibarbus hollandi Oshima [initial average weight of (4.33±0.12) g]. Six isocaloric experimental diets were formulated to contain different protein levels of 24%, 28%, 32%, 36%, 40% and 44% (referred to as D1, D2, D3, D4, D5 and D6 respectively). Each diet was randomly fed to triplicate groups of 30 fishes per glass tank (80 cm × 50 cm×60 cm). Fish were fed twice daily by hand at a rate of 3%~5% of body weight during eight weeks. The results showed that: When fish fed the diet with protein level of 40% , the weight gain(WG), specific growth rate(SGR), feed efficiency(FE) and coefficient of fatness(CF) weresuperior to the other groups. The apparent digestibility coefficients(ADC) of dry matter of the low-protein groups(D1 and D2) was significantly higher than the highprotein groups(D5 and D6)(P<0.05). The activities of glutamate-puruvate transaminase and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase were significantly increased at the group D6(P<0.05). The activity of amylase in intestine of the lowprotein groups(D1 and D2) was also significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05). The activity of protease was exhibited increase first and then stabilization as the protein levels; The lipase was raised as the protein levels, and the maximum activity at group D6. No significant differences in body moisture and ash contents were observed among dietary treatments. Increasing body protein content and declining body lipid content were observed with increasing dietary protein level. Based on these observations above, 42.06% dietary protein was the suitable protein level for the juvenile Spinibarbus hollandi Oshima.
