摘  要:传统的光学仪器和方法测量粉尘浓度信号容易受到环境、光源、电路等多种因素的干扰,基于此,设计了一套基于红外差分法的粉尘浓度信号检测系统。首先建立浓度检测数学模型,然后根据数学模型搭建光学平台,接着对探测器得到的微弱光电流进行转换和放大,基于PXI-6251、PXIe-1062Q等设备,通过图形化编程语言(G语言)实现对信号的采集与处理。实验结果表明,该方法能更好地从充满噪声的粉尘信号中提取有用信号,提高了粉尘浓度信号检测的精度。Traditional optical instruments and methods to measure dust concentration signal are easily interfered by many factors such as environment,light source,circuit and so on.Based on this,a dust concentration signal detection system based on infrared differential method is designed.Firstly,the mathematical model of concentration detection is established,then the optical platform is built according to the mathematical model,and then the weak photocurrent of the detector is converted and amplified.Based on PXI-6251,PXIe-1062 and other equipment,the signal acquisition and processing is realized through the graphical programming language(G language).The experimental results show that the method can extract useful signals from the noisy dust signal better,and improve the precision of dust concentration signal detection.
