摘　　要：贸易水平是一个多维度的概念,衡量一国的贸易水平可以从双边、多边甚至是全球的角度进行分析。双边贸易额是双边贸易水平的重要标志,但不是唯一的标志。衡量双边贸易水平有多种指标,每个指标的测量角度有所不同,用不同的指标测量和比较双边贸易水平势必导致测量结果不一致,因此,对双边贸易水平进行综合的评价是必要的。文章选择双边贸易总额、双边贸易差额、双边贸易额占双边国家国内生产总值的比重、双边贸易额占双边国家贸易总额的比重、双边贸易额占世界贸易总额的比重为双边贸易水平的综合评价指标,以中国与俄罗斯等国为例,应用距离综合评价模型评价及比较双边贸易的综合水平,从而了解双边经贸发展的空间和潜力,为提升双边贸易水平提供理论参考。As a multidimensional concept,trade level of a country can be measured from the bilateral,multilateral or even global perspective.Bilateral trade volume is an important sign of bilateral trade level,but not the only sign.There are a variety of indexes that can be used to measure bilateral trade level.Different measurement angles of the indexes lead to different measurement results of bilateral trade level.Therefore,the comprehensive evaluation of bilateral trade level is necessary.This paper chooses total bilateral trade volume,bilateral trade balance and bilateral trade volume as a share of bilateral GDP,bilateral trade volume as a proportion of bilateral trade,and bilateral trade volume as a proportion of total world trade as the comprehensive evaluation indexes of bilateral trade level.Taking China and Russia for example,the paper evaluates and compares the comprehensive level of bilateral trade with the comprehensive evaluation model so as to learn more about the room and potential of bilateral economic and trade development and provide the theoretical reference for enhancing bilateral trade level.
