摘  要:通过改变焙烧气氛,通过水热法合成不同形貌的CeO2纳米材料,再通过浸渍法将其制备成CuO/CeO2催化剂,并应用于甲醇水蒸汽重整制氢反应。采用SEM、XRD、BET、H2-TPR、N2O滴定和XPS对催化材料进行了表征,着重探讨了氧化铈形貌对催化剂结构、性质和性能的影响。结果表明:空气气氛下焙烧得到的纳米棒状结构的CeO2负载CuO制备的CuO/CeO2催化剂性能最佳,这主要是因为纳米棒状结构的CeO2与CuO的相互作用较强,表面存在较多的晶格缺陷和氧空穴,进而使得CuO/CeO2催化剂表相cu含量增加,Cu物种的还原温度较低,催化活性较好。当反应温度为260℃、n(水)/n(甲醇)=1.2、甲醇气体空速为800h^-1时,甲醇转化率可达100%。Cerium dioxide nanomaterials were synthesized by hydrothermal method under different roasting atmosphere. Subsequently, Cu O/CeO2 catalysts for methanol steam reforming were prepared by impregnation method. SEM, XRD, BET, H2-TPR and N2 O titration and XPS were adopted to characterize these materials. The effects of CeO2 morphology on the structure, properties and performance of the catalysts were investigated. The results showed that the CuO impregnated on CeO2 nanorods(CuO/CeO2) catalyst demonstrated the best catalytic performance mainly due to a strong interaction between Ce O2 nanorods and CuO, and many lattice defects and oxygen vacancy on the surface, which led to the increase of Cu content on the surface phase of the CuO/CeO2 catalysts. The reduction temperature decrease of Cu species on the surface phase enhanced the catalytic activity. When the reaction temperature was 260 ℃, the water/methanol molar ratio was 1.2 and the methanol gas hourly space velocity was 800 h–1, the methanol conversion was 100% and the CO molar fraction of 0.16% was obtained in steam reforming reaction.
