摘 要:研究了混合辐照场对烧结Nd2Fe14B永磁体磁性能的影响。混合辐照场对45SH和52N两种永磁体有不同的影响,磁体的磁通量经辐照后都有所降低。52N磁体的磁通量降低较为明显,达到了6.205%,而45SH磁体磁通量仅降低了0.205%。辐照后将永磁体再次磁化至技术饱和,磁通恢复率均在99.8%以上,说明辐照没有改变永磁体的晶体结构,XRD分析也证明了这一点。辐照退磁机理与入射粒子的能量和剂量有关,当入射粒子剂量较低时,辐照退磁与热退磁机理相同。The results of experiments of mixed field irradiation demonstrated that irradiation experiments had different effects on two kings of permanent magnet (45SH and 52N),of which magnet flux reduced accordingly.The magnetic flux decreased remarkably for N52 magnet,magnetic flux loss up to 6.205%,whiie the flux ioss of 45SH was 0.205%.The permanent magnets were re-magnetized after irradiation,and the recovery rate of magnetic flux were all above 99.8%.It meant that the crystalline structure of the permanent magnet was not transformed after the irradiation,which proved through XRD.The mechanism of irradiation demagnetization had something to do with the energy and dose of incident particles.When the dose of incident particles was lower,the mechanism of irradiation demagnetization was identicaI with thermai demagnetization.
